The way I saw that talk all week was army and Navy haven’t been in the spot for a long long time. This was a big game for them obviously nerves played apart. Notre Dame just has far more big game experience and they do that was a difference. They’re gonna go out next week and smoke the next team, but we’ll see what happens when they come to South Bend next year.

Several channels are saying the ND “forced” 6 turnovers. Many of those turnovers were self-inflicted. But, the heads-up, swarming defense did indeed capitalize on the mistake.

Great show as usual, and fun. Thank you for it! Now just quickly since I am behind, totally agree that Sneed and Moore were defensive stars on Saturday and were certainaly not alone. But I would just like to ask... did we... get by that game without a serious injury??? I can't believe it... Also were it not for the defensive score and missed extra point by the walk on, I was nearly perfect in my prediction - but not entirely for the reason I thought I would be... 5 unforced turnovers and even more other types of errors really made it look like a circus. Go Irish!

Been following the locked on channels for a bit with a bunch of other teams and recently started following this one. Doing a good job buddy. I will disagree in your take on how often we should play navi. The history dictates they get on the schedule every year if they want. You can argue it drags the schedule down. Every team has a cupcake or two every year. And it's entirely disingenuous for the people making the polls who started ranking Navy because they were undefeated, many of whom assumed Navy would win as well, and then turn around and say that they are not good. They're not a world-beater but they are not a bad team either. I can also use your exact same argument about how that offense confounded everyone this year except us

I am both a Notre Dame fan and Buffalo Bills fan and I never get stressed out over any football game. I only things I get stressed out over lately is when my car and homeowners insurance goes up every year. Things that effect my pocketbook.

I disagree. i think Navy is good. They just ran into one of the best defenses in the country and played scared.

My dad always said, "All reps are bad but some are worse than others." The refs bad, as usual, but they amazingly called a chop block against Navy! They miss a number of other chops though. Navy needs to change their name to the Lumberjacks. I hope Mukan was not injured badly. It such a bush league way to play.

I was concerned, and thanks to Navy gifting ND with 6 turnovers. I don't think Mike Denbrock is a smart OC, especially against Navy. Against Navy focusing on the run game and time of possession is critical. There were situations when ND should have been focusing on the run. Those turnovers helped. There is a reason why MD lost to Navy during his OC time with ND. Not smart!
