I also shop in the men's section for button-ups for lightweight jackets. I change out the buttons to something a little bigger and maybe a little funky to look more like a jacket. Good choices!

I think it’s great that you didn’t find or buy *a bunch* of things. It can be so easy to just buy a bunch of stuff when you see it and you know it’s a great piece/deal but you don’t truly love it. I wish a lot more thrifters would normalize smaller thrift hauls!

when you cut that dress into a skirt, you should save the elastic piece from the neck hole and use that as a waist band!
