Why do so many Christians criticize each other?

Today, I want to share my thoughts on why so many Christians choose to criticize each other, rather than love one another. I realize this has been going on since the beginning, but I truly feel that it's time to start celebrating one another by truly loving one another, instead of tearing each other down, by our constant criticisms.

What do you think? Can we as the Body of Christ actually speak a unified language of love and maintain unity, rather than continue criticizing one another and create more division?

And what has been the most ridiculous criticism you've ever heard about you, your denomination or another christian or denomination?

My brother you have done it again. I absolutely love your perspective on things. This is what the body of Christ needs to hear. The bible says "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” john 13:34-35.

I like what you said about celebrating our differences. My approach may be different from yours but we have the same end goal which is to see people set free and more souls added to kingdom of God. My church is loud and we love to shout and dance but some people may not like that and that's okay because down the street and around the corner we have a church that is more lay back and they can go to that church and get fed there.

I think you are unto something huge here because if we can embrace each other and celebrate our differences, the body of Christ can be more effective to the world than it is today. If we can spend more time empowering one another instead of tearing each other down, our light would shine even brighter in this dark world. Thank you for your obedience to do this topic, its very encouraging to me and i believe a lot of others.

Very important topic. Actually it’s the topic I was reading this morning with my time with God. I posted these on twitter.

One of the most important ways to express your love for God is to love others.
And
It’s impossible to love others the way God wants us to without his enablement. It’s with the love God pours into us that we can love others.

I think a lot of people deal with jealousy and insecurity. I just pray for them. I know that is the greatest gift we can give them. Thanks for sharing. God bless.

Great, great, great message. Love this! In the Bible Journaling realm so many people criticize each other for NOT being like someone else (usually for not being like a more popular YouTuber who they deem to be an "expert"). Keep in mind that these are people (mostly women) who are using their artistic talents for God....journaling about His Word. This takes away from the ministry of trying to draw it about the art instead of the Word of God. I always respond by saying, "We are all different. Nobody's expression will be exactly like anyone else's. We have to embrace the differences to allow people to reach the audience God intends for THEM to reach by BEING THEMSELVES." As the saying goes, "Be yourself, everyone else is taken." Be blessed! :o)

Very good, I wonder the same thing :) I think many are trying to be like Paul not Jesus :) They don't believe that the Holy Spirit is responsible for teaching us, they worry about a false Gospel :) Bless you my friend :)

I once was speaking at church in Texas, afterwards a man came to me and said that it was probably one of the best messages he has ever heard but it was completely powerless because I never spoke in tongues.

I used to be very critical of people in general. The Lord showed me that when I criticized someone whether they were a Christian or not I was criticizing one of his kids. The Lord has done such a work in my heart and has changed me in so many ways.

Criticism is intrinsic behavior. I think everyone does it but we could do with a strong dose of gentleness.

Dude, YES! The more real estate the church takes up the better! lol! I use to be the same way though. Great video man!

Hey great video topic! This is really relevant and you're very authentic.

Let me know if you'd be interested in a collab where you come on Modern-Day Hysteria and share about the purpose and goals of your channel!

Most ridiculous criticism I've heard was actually directed towards me. You can't be a Christian because you have tattoos, God wouldn't accept me. LOL I nicely corrected and enlightened that person, who now follows me and loves my Channel.
