Yes life is much harder for christians. We have to deny ourselves from worldly things that our "natural" wicked hearts desire and that society deems good. This world is not our home and we have to look at whats to come :). His promises still stand. I'd rather live forever under God's glory then enjoy temporary pleasures and suffer for eternity.

The wicked seem to prosper but behind closed doors they are in turmoil. Imagine how hard it is to go through life depending on yourself and not God...peace comes through Yeshua (Jesus Christ) alone.

It IS hard as a Christian. But I realize that no matter how bad it gets God has a plan. The prosperous may have worldly things, but the rest of us have God for eternity. Their eternity will not be so unless they find Jesus Christ. I'm poor, but God always provides!!

I’ve been there—being bitter watching unbelievers prosper. I was asked by God to leave a man I loved and was unmarried to and had a baby while backslidden. He didn’t want anything to do with Jesus and certainly didn’t want to get married. So I left. I left the comfort, financial support, and relationship. Since then I became celibate and am saving myself for marriage. I am still single. It’s been 2 and a half years. I watch unbelievers live in sin, fornicating then all the sudden get married. Sometimes one gets saved and the other follows suit. No sacrifice, no separating. Just bam married and everything is fine. But I have to trust God has a plan and that this obedience was not in vain.

This is absolutely true!!! My life here on this earth been hell but I am still here trusting the Lord. I don’t need to compare my life with anybody. God chooses certain people to go through a lot of pain and trials for a good purpose. Even when it hurts Lord, I will praise you day and night.

I needed to hear this. So many times I felt this way. I felt like all the greedy and sinful people where living nice lives of riches and peace while I'm stuck in poverty and anxiety and stress. And not just those people but even Christians as well that did seem to be so happy I would get jealous of their lives and ask why do I have to live a life of anxiety, stress, poverty etc? Why can't I have peace? Why isn't God helping me? Honestly I still feel like this at times and still struggle but reading the Word, watching videos like yours, and simply growing as a believer in Christ has been reassuring me that God is at work. And I have come to learn that even if I never got out of poverty and struggle with finances, anxiety and whatever the rest of my life, there's a home in Heaven waiting for me where everything is right and I'll have the peace that I long for. So no matter the circumstances the truth is Jesus cares for us and loves us. It's hard but have faith.
