The Yandina Five 'O is a new 50k trail race on the calendar. It combined plenty of uphill with spectacular views and creek crossing.

I had a blast out on course, and even managed to win my age group.

Huge congrats to @runqueensland for staging the event, and also to the many volunteers out on course who did a fabulous job to keep us on the right track, feed and hydrate us and to give us a boost when we needed it.

A wonderful race precinct at a local brewery in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, with plenty of ale to be enjoyed after the run.

An event I would highly recommend.
