I find it amazing that Japanese fans could understand Neil's poetry, especially back then - such different cultures and ways of expressing 'reality' as Neil saw it. Congratulations to Neil's Japanese fans. You are clearly special people. I'd love to hear from any who attended these concerts, and what you remember feeling at the time.

Thanks for uploading!

Prime Neil, but so many songs he never released till later but played live. He's never been one to just play the well known stuff and I admire that about him.

thanks to Neil Young and his band Crazy Horse, thanks to Japan and Scottish TV. This is a great example of Neil Young doing what he does best.

Yes! Believe it or not. I’ve been listening to all the shows NY&CH played in Japan, they are all online.
This tour of Japan was one of the peaks of Neil and the band. In fact all the shows from that year are incredible.
Great to see this footage,
I’ve gone through periods in my life where I’ve listened to nothing but Neil’s music.
Wonderful to see this footage, love it!
Thank you for this!
Have a great weekend.
