It may come as a surprise to you that Prague is one of the most vegetarian and vegan-friendly cities to visit in all of Europe - so we went as a family for a few days over New year!

Travelling and looking for vegan options can be difficult, especially when we are blessed to live near London. There are some cities that are so far from introducing plant-based dishes to their cuisines, yet there are others that have plant based food intertwined into their culture. I thank God for @happycow as this app has been so helpful over the years!

One thing I’ve loved about travelling to European cities in the last few years are the diverse options that are now available. When travelling I always aim to support exclusively vegan independent eateries were possible.

Resturants featured in the reel:
🍰 @paloverdebistro for good vibes and amazing breakfasts and desserts. Also @share_sweetbar 🍩 for great vibes and similar food. Loved both of these and revisited twice!
🍜 @vegansprague for a great place near the castle with dumplings and mulled wine to die for!
My favourite 🤩 @linhsvegancorner served up authentic Vietnamese cuisine as well as sushi, burgers and even home made dubai chocolate bars. Made with heart and dedication, we went there three times!
