UPI is rebranded IMPS.
MMID payment is remapped into virtual address. It's like domain name for IP address. This video is so mis leading. UPI may be great but still it can't replace NEFT or RTGS becuz its only for sb ac and not applicable for big transfer. IMPS or UPI limit vary from bank to bank. 5k to 1Lakh. If its 5k it won't be useful for most. 15k most banks limit. Some UPI apps also has this limits. Biggest advantage of UPI is you can request money from another person. So payment mode is easy especially qr code mode. Also it's cross platform . UPI payment won't give card rewards m visa in other hand give rewards on ur card which also works as UPI . Biggest advantage of UPI is privacy of your account no or bank name details . Also u can verify vpa of any user to confirm. So there is less chance to goto wrong person. Video is so un informative

There is a lots of loop holes in UPI, I already hack 2-3 account it's very simple, it's not secure trust me.
