Newtons Cradle - Hands-on Activity

This shows the finished result of our Newton's Cradle Hands-On Activity, a really great class project, and compliment to any lesson on conservation of energy and momentum, elastic collisions, vectors, simulation, Newtons Laws, etc.. Note that students can observe the magnitude and direction of both the vectors, and the kinetic energy of the left (circle 4) and right (circle 6) balls. The activity is an easy, step-by-step tutorial, where students learn both physics, and how to build a simulation.
