Is another solution to go Qxd3, C2, QD2?
From D2 i think you can protect against anything. C2 pawn can’t promote, B2 pawn moving would result in QxC2. After A2, QC1 should work no?

Intuitively I would've played the right move, I didn't calculate anything it just feels like you have more flexibility being closer to the centre of the board and you're less likely to get trapped in the opponents structure

I calculated, if Qxd3, then every single move leads to defeat for black.
Pc2? Qc3. If Pa2, watch the video, if Pb2, Qxc2, after that if Pb1, Qxb1, Pa2 is forced. If Pa2 after Qxc2, Qxb2, Pa1 is forced.
Pb2? Qb1. If Pc2, Qxc2, after that if Pb1, Qxb1, Pa2 is forced. If Pa2 after Qxc2, Qxa2, if Pb1, Qxb1, Pc2 is forced. If Pc2 after Qxa2, Qxb2, Pc1 is forced.
Pa2? Qxc3. After that if Pa1, Qxa1, Pb2 is forced. If Pb2 after Qxc3, Qxb2, Pa1 is forced.

P - pawn
Q - queen
x - capture

Anyone coming to the comments confused about whether this puzzle is even possible: the pawns ARE allowed to promote, but only if you capture them immediately after they do so. I couldn't work this out despite about 10 minutes of effort when Igor posted the full length video to his channel, so don't make the same mistake I did and misunderstand the rules.

After capture on d3 you can also move the queen to d2 after pc2 and then either caput after pb2 or in front of the pawn if pa2 and capture whatever moves. If after d2 you capture on d3 pawn moves to b2 then you move back to b1 and capture whatever moves followed by b2 and the last pawn.

If the pawn advances to c2, then you take diagonally then just take the other 2
