The sword made this fight too simple. The coolest part about the fighting in the manga was the skills and special techniques, as well as how they were countered, not so much how she wins because her plasma saber cuts through everything

God I love this move. One of hte few anime adaptatios to big screen that was as good if not better than the original OAV. Cant wait to see the sequels. Edward Norton has signed on to reprise his role as Nova. The other guy who played the famous roller baller (Jai? ) has also signed on.

Right up there with my favourite films, I adore Rosa Salazar too, she's got a real intensity about her.

I watched this movie on a Lufthansa flight from the USA to Germany on my way to the Archeological sites of the Bosnian Pyramid(s) in Visoko. Badass movie, extremely underrated & was originally planned too be 3 parts. Alita: Battle Angel, Alita: Fallen Angel & Alita: Avenging Angel. It didn't get the sequels do to not making enough $$, however the fanbase has exploded & the outcry for more has reached a fever pitch. So, now the studio suits are rethinking it.
