The hatred of billionaires and big business is richly deserved, not only because of Trump. Those guys and their paid politicians have underestimated the simmering anger that the underclass feel for their behaviour during the Financial Crisis of 2008 and the following bailouts. And when Trump got elected they thought themselves in a buffet where everything they always wanted would be served in their platters. Now is not really strange that the backlash is on the making, especially if we get a new recession, as all signs seem to indicate.

If Bernie wins somehow, I would love to see how Bernie deploys Democratic Socialism across America and the entire world.

The problem is that with things like Trump Derangement Syndrome tends to burns out rather fast amongst the vitriol. I mean imagine everyday you hear about how much people hate Trump yeah it's enticing at first, then it gets old really fast to the point where "yeah, yeah I get Trump is bad.. is there anything else to talk about?". That's the issue there.

Ik this is an old video.
But thsi is reminding me about what is happening rn in Colombia.
Despite being a left winger, our president is very much a trump (tweets like teenager all day, not even his biggest supporters would actualy like being with him, etc), and it seems like the same derangement syndrom.
After gas prices increased and medical staff started protesting due to effects his anti insurance policies are having and will have on their work. And what I have seen as a response from most of the population ranges from apathy to even hapiness that the same people who overwhlemingly voted for the current Petro are the ones being affected the worse by his brain dead policies.
I kinda worry for what will happen to unions in the following goverments.

Dear friend, there is a trend in global affairs which I find most preoccupying to me namely the typically American obsession with absolute good versus evil this moralisation of politics which is very dangerous becauss it signs the death of diplomacy. In classic diplomacy, everyone defends his or her legitimate interests but in a setting of morality there is no consensus no negotiation possible and no compromise possible because there is only virtue which must prevail abd destroy evil!
