For those who do not know : In 1945, US bombers flew over Japanese cities of Nagasaki and Hiroshima to drop a nuclear bomb, which was a radioactive bomb that when dropped, turns the area of effect into a wasteland . The US had no other options as Japan did not want to surrender during WW2 . Hope this helps .
