Paddy to Rice Processing:
At Rice mill, truck is depositing the paddy (Rice whole grain) after unloading the paddy grains from truck, it is moved in elevator to the pre-cleaner machine, In the pre cleaner stage the paddy is get cleaned, Paddy and other wastes are segregated. Example Jute, plastic, stones are removed. Once cleaning of paddy completed, it moves to the parboiling section, here paddy gets boiled to reach desired moisture level. Then stored in silo section as it is transported to milling section, here in the milling section the paddy gets convert to rice by using of multi type of machines like de-stoner, sheller, whitener and polisher. After polisher the rice is sent to sorter where color segregation happens, after color segregation rice is moved to grader to segregate the head grain and broken grains,, after this it will go to hopper and getting packed for consumer.
