how to upload files to Google drive from your Phone Android

In this way we can upload files which are in file manager on phone memory to Google Drive app on android mobile,open drive app and click on plus symbol and click on upload option,there click on more options and we will see file manager option and select a file and upload to google drive app.

thanks, this is helpful, I have a samsung Galaxy A70 and for some reason when I get to the upload screen (similar @ 1:00) it givems me options from gallery, one drive etc. but I can't pick from a folder on my phone...basically it doesn't seem to recognize phone folders... so I have to do a workaround, put them in onedrive and then upload them from there, which is sort of stupid...
