Thank you a sapien! Felt Covid like symptoms last night. Severe back and joint pains and headache and sore throat. I played this along with sinus and upper respiratory and vitamin D. Just a little advice, Vitamin D needs to be taken, I take 2000, as you get older it is needed not just for viruses, but helps keep teeth and bones strong. I have taken vitamins since I was 20 years old and I am 70 now, so you can imagine I was shocked when told I was deficient in 2017. Old age changes everything, from 40 onwards our bodies lose the ability to repair as they used to. The one piece of advice about covid was that those deficient in Vitamin D died, not all obviously, but many, so start taking it, especially during winter months.
