Finally, uploaded na! My favorite Nadine Lustre film, I cannot forget watching this on cinema with my best friend. We were crying a river. One good film na napanood namin before she died. Nadine's best film talaga, story's premise ang ganda, cinematography wise, color-grading, ang feels ng movie, grabe ang daming metaphor ng movie. Dito ko hinangaan nang husto si Irene Villamor! ❤

this movie is for the deep feelers, poets and romantics. sila ang makaka kita ng mga nuances in this movie. this is one of my favorite movies dahil nadine perfectly portrayed her character! she so deserved her awards for this movie, wala pa akong nakikitang movie na ganito ang theme. lalo na yung younger self nya, sobrang galing nung young actress! this movie covered romance, age, youth, womahood, death, hope, faith, guilt, grief, God and etc.

my take on this is, Maya’s Lola created an indentity for Her both good and bad to the point that she became this very complex human being until she made her fantasies her comfort zone. Peter’s death signifies the end of that era or identity. It is the start of her creating a new life/identity for herself without slowly becoming like her Lola. what i love about the typhoon is that it mirrors her grief or maybe even God’s. this portrays faith in a very spiritual level. that no matter what happens, God is still in control. uusad ang buhay, lahat may purpose. ❤

wow what a delight to watch this again! this is still my fave Nadine Lustre film. best story, cinematography, good casting, unmatched acting, awesome director! Nadine's prettiest era period! Her wardrobe and overall look is to die for. I remember sending a message to direk Irene thanking her for making this masterpiece of a movie. I hope they reunite in another movie again but different genre naman.
