Thanks brother for taking your time to answer my questions.
So far I have about $5, 000 dollars in PCPs. My most expensive rifle is a $1, 200 BSAR10 SE 177cal. It's extremely accurate and beautiful in walnut. Probably the smoothest bolt action ever made, with a very short cycle.
However I also purchased a 177cal Avenger, just to see the difference. I found the Avenger to be very good. Even great for the price. Hammer spring
and reg are adjustable without taking the stock off. It gets 150 shots in my current tune (850fps with 10.5gr crossman ultra mags) but I can also get 33ft pounds using 16.2gr Beast JSB.
The Avenger is just as accurate at 45 yards (the most I've tested) as my BSA.
I have shot 1000s of pellets through both. Both are capable of near one hole groups at 25 to 40 yards in calm conditions. The Avenger also can shoot Nielsen 12.5 slugs fantastic around 880fps.
That's my 2 cents worth.
I will be buying a M3 Impact as well. It will be just like yours but in 177cal. I love 177cal and already have over 20, 000 pellets not Including slugs. So 177cal works for me. I hunt small game in woods and rarely shoot over 60yards, so this caliber is great for me. I target shoot alot though. So 177cal is great. 10.5gr crossman ultra mags are only $11.49 per tin of 500 at Pyramid Air. Buy 3 and 4th is free. But I have every weight to tune however I need.
My Impact will be getting over 400 shots. Iam an enthusiasts just as you and I don't mind spending money for whatever I want.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the M3 and the M16A! I agree the M3 is a great gun. Glad to hear you feel the M16A is close to it in accuracy out of the box 🙂👍

I have an M3 Sniper in 25 cal. Great gun, I love it. Sure you could buy a Daystate for more money, but if there's a problem, good luck getting any help. Daystate won't even publish O-ring sizes for their guns.

I agree with you 💯 but then again I have not shot alot of different pcp air guns only 4 the nova Vista 22 cal is like the Avenger basically but to put my nova again my taipan vet or one of my impacts it doesn't match up yes to a hundred yards maybe but to 200 yards the impacts or the taipan wins every time but don't get me wrong I really like my nova Vista for 10 yards to hundred.... for only 279 bucks I paid compared to 2100 bucks I paid for my m3 and my fxmk2pp ... I probably will never buy another gun that cost over 2000 dollars again 😉 but you never know my wife will probably kill me it took me a long time to save money to buy those expensive air guns but I am looking at the leshiy 2 lol 😆 and I'm saving up so you never know I might own one soon or maybe not will see thanks for sharing my friend sorry I had to put my two cents in ty as always be safe buddy

Yes FX rifles are super nice but I don't think they'll ever be four times as nice five times as nice as other air guns they will be nicer and more refined but not five times more refined and better I'd rather have four inexpensive air guns than just one. But Different Strokes for different folks I've slowly been selling off a few of my cheaper guns from break barrels to CO2 to some of the cheaper pcps to buy some of the nicer pcps but the high-end Boutique air guns I don't find them to be that much better a few more bells and whistles but they seem to spend a lot more time not shooting good versus shooting good
