As a homeowner, I believe all housing is overpriced. Prices need to crash, as much as that will hurt my equity. People cannot afford to own a house these days. You need to make over 6 figures to own a home.

If anything, it'll get worse. Very soon, affordable housing will no longer be affordable. So anything anyone want to do, I will advise they do it now because the prices today will look like dips tomorrow. Until the Fed clamps down even further, I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. You can't halfway rip the band-aid off.

One can only hope! Prices are too high - families squeezed out of the market, and property taxes + insurance rates keep rising (no breaks for those who own free and clear) A reset is NEEDED BADLY

If DOGE "wrecks" prices there must be something bad going on behind the scenes with those deals. DOGE is part of the *solution* to the problems with real estate prices.

Thank god for DOGE and Elon. Our country is in a massive hole. So much in debt we could never repay it. So that not even our children's children could hope to pay it back. We have to cut government waste and fraud. Also, this is more of a reversion to the mean for housing prices anyway.

The overlords have decided that peasants are no longer allowed to own a home.. so.. here we are.. they are building 1000s of apartments near my house.. I mean slave quarters, not apartments. Sounds ridiculous but it’s 100% true..

You cant wreck what has already been wrecked! Im a retired real estate appraiser. I have seen this coming for over a year. I see a 50% + drop in prices. Whats coming will make 2008-2009 look like a kids birthday party

I tell everyone to purchase even just one of the courses and when they say they don't have any money to purchase it. I suggest not going out to eat with the family on the weekend and eating at home.
