I really want to add layers to my hair. It needs dimension so bad, but it's waist length, and just seeing all those inches that would have to go freaks me the F out. I have 5 years invested. I tried to wolf cut. Loved the layers, hated to v shape in the back. Also, when I braided it, it stuck out everywhere. This cut looks pretty. I just can't trust anybody to do it to my hair.

This looks too easy to be that easy. I fear I'll look like I got in a fight with a wolverine. The 1-2 ponytail versions have worked out okay for me. I use the regular scissors and the texturizing ones that only trim off some strands with every snip. I actually don't know what I'm doing, but I haven't gotten any weird looks or comments yet.
