Jimmy sounds so right. But, outside of NYC not many people are overly concerned. NYC has been put in the spot light so much that there remains little interest in it fromboutside people. It's gaining a stigma of being dirty and unsafe. Keep the people that want to be there, there and away from everyone else, much like San Fran, Chicago and LA. Better quality of life elsewhere.
