The thing about d-aspartic acid is that 3 ounce of chicken breast already contains 2.5-3000 mg of d-aspartic acid. Which is roughly in 90g of chicken. The human body does not benefit above a dosage of 3000mg d-aspartic acid. So people that do bodybuilding like me would not benefit from taking that supplement, becaude we already eat chicken daily. Just a headsup for u guys
