An incredible animation. Incredibly crafted. Incredibly thought out. I feel like I'd need to watch it a few more times but the image of the fish disappearing to the depths under the leaf latched onto my brain.

It's been a minute but I love Russian animation. The 1989 TV adaptation of Mumu is a favorite of mine.

Very nice critique. I wish you'd do the other Tale of Tales, the one with John C. Reilly and Salma Hayek. I thought it was also magical, weird, and under-rated.
