Expecting that European countries would look after you was a mistake. Europe might help, sure, but expecting them to to take care of you like they take care of their citizens is a stretch in my opinion.

this is heartbreaking.... but i agree with JackLabs. illegal entry into other countries and expecting unlimited help from governments and people local to those countries who are living drastically different lifestyles in culture and religion be so openly willing to help those breaking into their neighborhoods and demanding them to bend to their needs?

There are other countries in the region that have the ability to safely protect these people. It's not just Europe's responsible
The Dalai Lama even suggested that.

Saudi is safe, UAE is safe, Qatar is safe, Azerbaijan is safe, turkey is safe, Egypt is safe, Armenia is safe, Iran is safe.
Europe should be in the back of a refugees mind when trying to pick out a safe place to stay.

The gulf states and Saudi Arabia should have sanctions put on them or something to push them into taking atleast a few refugees. Europe has taken in more than enough and leagues more than Qatar.
