Valentine's Day l Haunted House Date Night at Netherworld | Best Haunt in the Nation ?
One of the best Halloween Haunted House experiences in the nation, Netherworld Haunted House, is located in Atlanta, Georgia. I received a surprise Valentine's Day present this year where Dave gifted me a special and exclusive Valentine's Haunted House experience called Scream in the Dark.
It was our first time at Netherworld. I've always been too chicken to go. We've heard so much about it and it did not disappoint.
Their Valentine's Day experience is titled Scream in the Dark. You're given one small LED candle and, just with your party, are directed in a path to walk within one of their haunted houses. It's a "lights off" experience. It was so dark and hard to see. You can hear my reactions in this video from inside of the haunted house with some of the audio I recorded with my watch. The floors moved. There were inclines. The walls moved. Things seemed real and others didn't and that's where the scares come. There were creatures and ghouls and sounds and smells and wetness. It touched all your senses.
We're huge Halloween Horror Night fans. This was that experience, but scarier and funner because the crowds were lower and the haunted house is 4x the length!
Just me and Dave went in together and soon we were paired with another couple who had raced ahead so they didn't have to go it alone.
Count the "oh my god" expressions I exclaimed in the audio portion we put in this video.
Ticket came with timed entry. We also had a pass to see their museum. If you have a chance, you should definitely see it.
They even have escape rooms that you can do throughout the year.
We can't wait to go back for Halloween!
