Pained me to see you change the date. Should def set the time to 6:30 before changing the date or you run the risk of screwing up your watch

Before setting a watch time and date you should have it running and after dial 6-6.30 time and set the date at the previous day and then set the right time. This is because you're sure about the right time of the day. Also set the time out of the 6-6.30 window can cause a misalignment of the date window and brake parts in the movement.

I recommend saving the sellers information and taking that to someone you trust to look at the movement and verify its authenticity. Thats a lot of money for an ebay purchase

You should look for scratched up ones without deep scratches and buff them and shine them yourself. Cuts a thousand off the price mate

It’s not fake but it definitely has been restored fully. You either like that or you don’t. Parts could’ve been swapped with aftermarket etc.
