When Naruto vs Sasuke happened after the fourth ninja war, we saw the epic battle that resulted in the two of them losing their arms during their chidori vs rasengan clash, but what if Sasuke had beaten Naruto? Let’s just say when Sasuke used the preta path to steal Naruto’s chakra, he managed to absorb all of it instead of a small amount and he killed Naruto. Everything changes. Sasuke would have a whole day to rest before returning to the god tree and killing the five kage who were still under genjutsu. He’d probably have to kill Kakashi and Sakura before doing that. He’d use the nine bijuu to weave the rat hand sign to break infinite tsukuyomi. At that point, nobody could oppose him. Orochimaru already said he was going whatever direction Sasuke went and team taka would follow. He’d be able to use the five kage and naruto as his own six paths of pain to rule every shinobi village, long after he destroyed the nine bijuu like he planned to use the rinnegan to do so. Hagoromo already said, he wouldn’t step in if Naruto lost, which means between the sharingan and rinnegan, Sasuke would rule forever.
