it only changes the appearence of service pack it doesnt do anything theres no service pack 3 and service pack lists are:
Windows XP: Service Pack 3
Windows Vista: Service Pack 2
Windows 7: Service Pack 1

There is no service pack on windows 7. Does not exist. It only changes the apperance lol!

Most worst and illogical video, you just make OS to show that your window is going throgh sp1, sp2 or sp3 by changing the hex value, by this no software update is happening and u can't able to install any of the driver that need win sp1 just wasting people time.
