The Veteran: A Tribute to America's Warriors

I made this video to honor Veterans on Veterans Day, and I hope it serves as a tribute to all those brave men and women of the U.S Armed Forces, who lay down their lives so we can be free.

Much respect for the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines who served and continue to serve the United States of America. Your sacrifice does not go unnoticed, and while I know some cheesy video on youtube is never gonna come close to repaying your massive sacrifice to this country, I hope it serves as a friendly voice reminding you that you are not alone, and your service matters to the people of this country, and your brothers in arms.

On the other hand: It serves as a wake-up call to all veterans who feel forgotten, worthless, and or have lost their way. It's not aimed by any means to insult but more as a call to action, a call to action that motivates or awakens their inner hero and in turn channels that warrior spirit into something positive.

The World needs heroes and you are one of them, so my take is to Motivate you to answer that call and be a hero to the world once again.

TLDR: It's a Veterans Day Tribute/ military motivation video but aimed at Veterans who want to charge forward.

A soldier spends time away from their loved ones so we can enjoy time with ours. The US Government has completely forgotten this. We will never be able to repay their great sacrifices. Veterans, those serving now, those who will serve, it's nowhere near enough, but thank you from all of us that still care.

ITS ODD, NON COMBAT VETERANS ARE TREATED AS IF THEY ARE NOT VETERANS AT ALL, BUT THERE WAS NO GAP IN THE MILITARY! I LOOK AT IT THIS WAY:

I’m a 30 year veteran of the Marine Corps. I may not have done anything to change the world but I went where I was sent and did what I had to do and I never hung my head about it. 1970-2000 was my time and I never was sent to Viet Nam and I was never in a fire fight in combat but I served just the same.

Tears for the sons and daughters that never returned home
Warrior soldiers all

Tears wiped from the cheeks of so many wives
Shed by the children with only faint memories

Tears behind the mother's veil
On father's handkerchief

Tears at the base of the white stone
That wet the flowers and flags

Tears at the sound of taps played in the distance
For the memories of buddies

Tears at the sight and sound of dog tags boots
Empty

Tears when the aircraft flyover
Stars shining brightly

Tears as the ships sail
Anchors aweigh

Tears for those that patrol
Guard the dark nights alone

Tears at roll call
With no reply to a name called

I have seen many people who are affected by the loss of their loved ones.... I have even seen who much impact it had on people who play one day I'm scrolling through group posts for roblox and out of the blue I found a post that was made by a kid saying that he was bullied cause he had no father cause his died fighting overseas and theirs hasnt.... so I became interested in it and I got to say I have never heard these words: "I just wanna off myself so I can be with my dad" come out of a kids mouth... at that moment, my heart sank.... I told him to get his mom and I spoke to her and to this day, everytime I close my eyes and fall asleep, I dream of that day
