This is true my daughter is a physical therapist and her and her fiancé started a food truck business... they both have student debt but are doing great. They also bought a large carriage house and converted it into a duplex they live on one side and rent out the other .The rent pretty much covers the mortgage.They are gen Z though

If i don't have the money, I don't buy it.

To get rid of debt.
1. Cut up all your credit cards.
2. Don't loan any more money to cover other debts.
3. Consolidate all debts into one and pay it all off.
4. No going on your annual holiday till it is all paid off.
5. Start paying everything in cash.
6. Do Not buy Buy things on credit.
7. If you can't afford it now see if the store has a Layaway account set up to pay for your items on a weekly or basis then you can take it.

Debt isn’t a math problem Josh. I agree with you on entrepreneurship but money is about behavior. Classes like Financial Peace do help people because it’s teaching people how to change themselves. It’s not just about not making enough money.

Not as easy as you make it sound. Starting a business takes capital, meaning debt. I started my own business 36 years ago with some savings and a bank loan with my home as collateral. By month 11 I had enough money for 1 more month. Praise God I came out ahead the 12th month and every year after that. I have plenty and no debt but at 69 years old I am beat up. It's not simple and you have to work like having 2 full time jobs. These buying and selling online will be no different.

Why pay off debt when we are entering into a recession? And why would you "go into buisness" during a recession when EVERYBODY IS BROKE!!? Screw the debt at that point. Use your capital to stock up on resources needed to survive a *SHTF* Event!
