I have received a lot of comments and messages regarding uploading and sharing a configuration file that I made for my phones. There are numerous tutorials and examples on the Internet and unfortunately I do not share my codes. I have spent a long time fixing my codes and phones to my liking and not to just give away to anybody that asks. I'm sorry if that disappoints anybody.

I registered my Cisco ip phone sccp, while tried calling it keeps on showing temp fail. Can any one tell why am I getting that error.

How are you trunking through google voice? I use Google voice on my norstar phone system but I need to know how to trunk using google voice on freepbx.

You should check out a SIP softphone called X-Lite by Counterpath. They have a Mac and PC version.

Cool video! I tried to setup a VOiP phone at my house a few years ago and could never get it working. I didn't use Free PBX though so I'm going to try it again. Thanks for the info.

Interesting. Freepbx is a nice system. I thought freepbx no longer supported older Cisco phone's? Try setting up paging. It would also be cool if you could register into the collectors network

How did you get your cisco phones to work i have the 7961 and did you have to install custom firmware?

Very nice, but there is no demo regarding conference call on Cisco IP Phone using freepbx.
