You need to update the instructions that come with this unit to match this video. I spent 30 minutes trying (old) incorrect printed instructions -- until I found this method.

As you suggested, I have watched SEVERAL of your online videos and they are CONFUSING!
In trying to program a remote keypad, you mention Master Code? Primary pin code?
Access pin ? NOT CLEAR? What is the difference and where do I find these? So far out of the box, I have NOTHING.
