Zimbabwe's Isolated Expensive Paradise - Helensvale Harare

Every nation has that one neighborhood where the elite loves to live and stay privately. Where they work and play at the same time. You will deeply understand this when you earn massive amounts of dollars. You would want to live where people of your same bracket lives. A place where driving a GD6 is the common starting point and extremely expensive real estate.

Today we are going to tour Helensvale an area which you may call an old suburb. What we saw is highly inspiring and will shake you to work more. Most people of this suburb made money through mining and agriculture not forgetting the other ones, we cannot mention in this video. From these businesses they would put their money in real estate where they build mansions on huge pieces of land. We don't talk of square meters here, but acres. Zimbabwe is not poor as the main stream says and this tour will make you realize that.

Helensvale is 18 kilometers from Harare CBD. Stand sizes from 2 acres to 15 acres. These are obtainable from the council and obviously you need your pockets to be fully loaded. Depending on the topography and terrain the cost of lands starts from 90000 per acre.

Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 is very rich but the Zimbabwean people are suffering and poor. Only a few are benefiting from the corruption. It’s sad that Zimbabwe used to be beautiful with great infrastructure and plenty of food. Now Zimbabweans are laughing stock of the whole world.
