Okay here’s the thing:

Back in the 90’s I worked at Mickey Ds and they created the Spicy McChicken Sandwich.

However, there was no Big Sauce on the chicken patty only mayonnaise.

I was in the back “flipping patties” so when it was my lunch time would make my sandwich.

So I fried my own Spicy Chicken patty(very crispy) and made my version of the sandwich by adding Big Mac sauce, onions, and four slices of pickles.

The Spicy Chicken patty, Big Mac sauce, and the tanginess of the pickles go well together enhancing the flavor.

Now I don't know if Mickey Ds still sells the red spicy chicken patties like in the 90s but you can ask those who work there.

Here is a hack for you all:

Next time you go to Mickey Ds ask for a spicy chicken patty because it goes well with Big Mac sauce also add more pickles.
