I think the sea of glass called the firmament is Heaven, which was created on day two. It's the spiritual realm so to speak.

Heaven is simply the presence of God. The presence of God can be His Word, godliness, Holiness, Spirit of God, anywhere God spirit appear.. Same way we can see the street of gold. It's just one street. Don't think there are houses. They are spirits. They are the burning flames. They are the sea of glass. See Rev 15:2
