FYI - the workflow needs to be ACTIVE in order for the "Include approval step" checkbox to show up. Just thought this might help out someone else as it threw me for a bit!

Good afternoon, is it possible to automatically attach a QR code from a task to attachments, so that when I print out the document and scan the qr code from the document, I will be atomically transferred to the task and thereby I will know who the author and user of this particular task ( document ) is . I found a free plugin that puts the qr code in the task, but not in the document, and I need to immediately use the jira installation version in the document. Thank you
