I used to be such a night owl in my 20s and early 30s, but now at 39 (and feeling the effects of aging slowly creeping in), I NEED to utilize the dark for what it's best for- sleep! And I love to take full advantage of my days off by waking up early to the sun. Wouldn't be able to do that if I stayed up late.
