Generally good tips, but drinking 1 gallon per day is too much for some people. If you're really skinny and short, it could be too much. Wiping out your electrolytes is a real thing, I've seen it happen and rushed someone to hospital... they would have died otherwise. So use common sense for your own particular needs. And if you are tiny and drink lots of water, dont forgot salt to keep your electrolyte balance from depleting.
