You didn't say which side is inward and outward on the bearings
It's quite hard to work it out

As much as I love Campagnolo, their crankset system is so far away from being intuitive and easy to mantain. That's why I went for an Ultegra full crankset (bottom bracket only costs like 22€) when building my bike with Campagnolo Chorus 12s. It might look like something odd, but the results are amazing and the best part is that I cand do the maintenance of the crankset with 3€ tools.
