Hi, I have a new Worcester 1000 boiler, which has been turned off for 4 months. I have just switched it on again, it will fire up to provide hot water but it is not providing heating. The Drayton control is set to constant, glowing green and the room thermostat is set to 25c showing one green light and one red light. I cannot use the reset option because pressing both up and down arrows together just displays the pressure which is 1.2 bar. Hot water is set to 60 and heating set to 65. Have you any suggestions as to what the problem might be please?

Hi mate, I've got a Worcester boiler 2000 and I've got the comfort 2 rF thermostat. When I turn on the hot tap it indicates with the little flame simple that it's working but when I try and set the heating on using the thermostat nothing happens ?

My greenstar 4000 nest thermostat controller stopped working. I followed the emergency mode instructions to manually get heating to work but does nothing.

Hi I don’t have any codes but hot water has no pressure and tryed the valves to pressurise but no luck

Our boiler has stopped working this morning. Checked thermostat etc. No error code but when you look at the hot water it just shows 3 dashed lines instead of a temperature and the up and down arrows etc wont change this. Any ideas would be appreciated??? Thanks. Its a Worcester Bosch 4000

Mine is 1021 code. Pressing up and down buttons together don’t work. I have tried changing the water pressure but that doesn’t work. What is a ‘fuse spur? And where is it?

I have a 4000. It stopped firing. I couldn’t find a reset option. So switch power supply off then on again. Seems ok now.
