$250, 000 WITH all those options is actually pretty good. I thought it would be 250 base and like 300k by the time you spec it out

Doug, please forgive me if this has been covered somewhere in the other 3100 comments (I haven't been able to read through all of them), but with regards to your critique of the interior door handles, this actually makes sense given that the owner of a car like the DB11 likely wears an opulent timepiece of which even the most understated have casings made of steel or other precious metals that is machined to sharp edges. By requiring you to rotate your wrist 180 degrees to open the door, you significantly lessen the chances of scratching the wood or tearing or wearing down the leather on the door panels.

The model name is actually the number of cows it takes to finish the interior of that car! DB = Dead Bodies and eleven is the number of cows the leather comes from!

Doug. I bet they designed the door handles like that so you have to open it with your other hand. It's a trick that forces you to shoulder check and look for cyclists before dooring them

They didn't skip a number.. The DB 10 was produced for the James Bond movie.. Only 10 were made and only 2 survived..

@ 10:14 - The DB11 is actually mid-engined since the whole V12 sits between the axles. It also has a perfect 50/50 weight distribution, so there's no more weight on the nose than on the tail.

Seems weird that they will accent the engine compartment in gold trim but use the same steering wheel stocks I have in my $35, 000 Mercedes. Seems cheap.
