This is the type of self-help/life advice videos that there needs to be more of, this is the kind of media that actually helps people. My problem with people like Andrew Tate and some others is that while their message is overall positive and promotes growth, it doesn't encourage it like this does, instead it shames the people who don't try to change, instead of finding a positive way of helping them.
