Live Newscast Anchoring Set Up From Home

With the pandemic and social distancing, our station has been separating our news crews and anchors. this is my lighting and home set up for anchoring.

Could you do one of these, but explain how it is done live? Like pre-made footage and then it is filmed live over a greenscreen like a meteorologist does with a side monitor?
