Farm tractors are allowed on North Dakota interstate highways from sunrise to sunset.

Josh, get an Induction hotplate. They are safer than your standard electric or gas hotplate. I had on in my truck and loved it. The pan you use need to be metal that a magnet will stick to. water boils a lot fast on these, and you can have it on with a boiling pan of water on it and pull the pan off and immediately stick your hand on the hot plate and not burn yourself. Its hot to touch but just uncomfortable. Induction is a cool technology you should check into it. Also I had the Galanz 0.9 Cu ft Air Fry Countertop Microwave, convection oven 900 Watts from Walmart. Between the 2, there is not much you couldn't cook

I have much respect for the farmers especially at harvest time. You think your truck is expensive!

Josh for your info: Speedway operates in 36 states across the U.S., predominately in the Midwest and East Coast. In May 2021, 7-Eleven acquired 3, 800 Speedway Stores from Marathon Petroleum Corp., increasing 7-Eleven’s total number of stores to more than 13, 000 in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, Pilot Flying J and Speedway LLC (Speedway) in June 2016 entered a joint venture consisting of 120 travel plazas, primarily in the Southeast United State. Maybe that is why the coffee is all the LOL

Glad you're delivering more loads to Minnesota and happy you're enjoying our cheaper fuel prices as well. With the thought of a new inverter installed, it sounds like you're turning Ol' Blue into a rolling motorhome equipped with all kinds of culinary kitchen appliances. LOL Congratulation again on your weight loss along with better eating habits. Take care and drive safely Trucker Josh.

Hi Josh. Have you thought about a small air fryer to keep in your truck? It's a little more healthy than frying. Brit would probably have some good input on that.

Hi Josh, you do not take a gift, you received a gift:) Also. get an electric frying pan. It works great to warm up food or cook it. Thank you for the ride. Take good care:)

You won't regret a power inverter, i really like mine. I have a hot box and kettle to boil water and a toaster for waffles or toasts. Plus i can charge my batteries for my portable fan and power tools if I need them.

Josh, when you get your inverter remember the 10 to 1 rule. It takes 10amps DC to make 1 amp AC. Watch your battery voltage so you don’t get into a no start situation. I enjoy your videos and all the technology available for truckers today. When I was an O.O. In the 70’s, it was road atlas, phone booths, no power steering and short wheel base tractors to comply with length laws. But, on the other hand, no E Logs and fuel was .50 cents US!

US 281... runs all the way from the Texas/Mexico border to Canada. Some lovely American scenery on that highway.

Looked it up. According to the North Dakota State Police, farm equipment can traverse any road in North Dakota including the interstates, restricted from dawn to dusk.

That’s pretty cool that you gotta go 0 miles to get your reload that doesn’t happen very often as you know

YouTube is a phenomenal resource for learning how to cook and recipes, Josh. And maybe you could ask Britt to show you too. Just a thought. I’m Andrew.

14:40 when towing RVs to Western Canada, I used to take that road up to Minot, fuel up in Kenmare, last stop before Canada (North Portal border crossing).

You can bring fruit and veggies across the border if it has the USA sticker on it or comes from the US. US Customs has a list of what you can bring over the boarder. A nice officer crossing over at Detroit gave me one and I'm pretty sure Canada accepts US products as well. You might want to check it out. Thanks for the tips on cheap coffee and good truck stops, much appreciated!

Not only trucks but RV's to when it comes to having food with you when you cross into Canada or back into the U.S.
