Excellent video! I'm a new player. I've watched it over and over. The instructor has tried to tell me what to do, but watching your video clicked. Thanks

Excellent video. A picture is worth a thousand words. Note CJ's arms when show executes a "proper dink." They remain straight and the lift actually comes from her legs, shoulders and paddle angle. Thats the opposite of what most of us beginners do when we dink. 👍

Thanks so much for the visual! I was told to bend my knees over and over, this helps so

Really liked your video. Great points to improving dinking and being ready for the next ball to hit by returning paddle to ready position.

I would suggest to watch pro table tennis players on which part of the ball they hit it snappier...to lessen looping bounce...and to go straight in beating the opponent's reaction time. It is doable to make shots faster...just need to practice and study the shot trajectory, too.

Good video. Now, I'll go back and watch your first video about drinking.

CJ, this is an obvious question coming from play at the rec level. Does it count as a good "hit" if the ball strikes the hand or any part of the hand holding the paddle?
