Great video! Can you help me with an issue with one of my girls? Poppie vent, hard tummy, waddle walk. My first thought was mites, did everything, (coop spray, deep clean, apple cider vinegar, replenished bath with DE, Epsom soak), , , , for 2 months, , , , problem not gone. Other girls FINE. I rather not spend 200.00 for vet but I do love this girl!

We put ashes in a tire for a dust bath. They would stand on the tire and look at it. Two days later it rained, now the hens stand on it to stay away from the rooster just like they do on the kids riding toys and slides n stuff we have in their pens and runs.
It definitely needs to be in a dry location. We try to keep them happy!

How often do you replenish the DE and wood ash?

I can not et mine to use theirs. I have it in a kiddie pool and it had DE and Sand mix.
