Never mind 800 different languages, I think there are 8-10 different villages with interests directly related to K92's kainantu operations. It is gratifying to see that Mr. Lewins is attuned to the politics of the situation. One thing I do wrestle with is that, while the government of PNG continually stresses its commitment to and approbation of the extractive industries, there is a troubling history between these companies and political machinations of the numerous interested properties. PNG is a classic example of the yin and yang of great jurisidictional risk vs. great financial reward. It is difficult to know what to think about K92 Mining: Such a great mgt. team, such a great resource, such a great mystery about who packs the parachutes?
