Mercedes Benz Transmission Mount Replacement | Works on most RWD non 4-matic models!

Do you feel excessive vibration as soon as you put your Mercedes in Drive or Park? Your transmission mount is likely bad and for some reason people always forget to change this part. Luckily, it's a super simple and cheap repair that should take about an hour max even for a novice DIY'er. did I mention its cheap? I was able to replace this mount myself for under $16!

The car used in the video is a 2000 Mercedes W202 C230 Kompressor. But this is the same part for most older Mercedes. Just double check your vehicle first.

Keep in mind if you have a 4 Matic AWD Mercedes then this job will be different with a different part.

very clear explanation however, may be a good idea to lower jack before tightening the two bottom bolts as it puts a lot of pressure on things

Thank you for this!!! Im not replacing mine, Im taking mine to the dealer but was so scared when they told me the mount needed replacing. Please make a video on replacing the cabin air filter on a 2017 glc300 if possible. (I do plan on doing that myself)
