Meta Knight should have had scenes where he shows his face whenever its just him and Kirby to show how close their bond is (and because Kirby would be unable to tell everyone what he looks like behind the mask)

i absolutely love that Meta Knight is simultaneously Kirby's Father figure, training him, testing him, but always looking out for him as well.

but he is also Kirby's biggest rival, the tests are attempts to both beat Kirby, to prove he is better, but also prepares Kirby for the fights ahead.

He both respects, and adores Kirby, but hates his skill is better than his own at the same time.
