Endsieg superevent

Background: As students seize power in Germany, the leftovers of the Wehrmacht and civil war contenders evacuate to Norway in a final attempt to crush the revolution. Norway, being one of the most fortified regions of the greater Reich, will prove to be hell on earth for any soldier that gets sent over by the new government in Berlin.
(Norway will be buffed to hell and be a pain to invade)
